TR2/3/3A TR3 Turn Signal Retrofit / Windshield Screws?

My 1960 TR3 has an aftermarket wooden wheel which I"ll keep on the car. What's the best option for a turn signal switch? I remember when you could buy an a universal type switch and mount on the column. It might look hokey but would work. Any ideas? The second question concerns stancion to windshield frame screws. Does anyone know the correct length and where they go? Mine are in but I want to be sure they are in the correct place.

I haven't installed it, but I bought the MGA self cancelling turn signal from Moss that I plan to install in the dash where there is allready a hole for a windscreen pump that has since been removed.

Funny you should come up with name "Ox". That's my nickname given to myself and father. Dad was a big guy and I'm not exactly small. A name like Oxendine might have a little to do with it as well.

In this link, you can see the MGA switch I have mounted in the left side of the dash.

If someone doesn't come up with the screw length by the time I get home tonight, I'll post back. Those screws have BA (British Association) threads...2BA IIRC...different then SAE.

Do you still have the stock steering box in place? If so there may be a chance you could use something like a Motolita hub with the wheel and be able to use more of a stock horn/signal if you want.

I have a whole bag of the correct size/head shape screws that hold the TR-3 windshild plate in place to the cowel. Will ship some to whoever needs them.
