Does anyone have a better pic of the vent banjo assembly?

Hello John,

Here is one photo of my TR3A as I bought it. I will look in my archives for a better one.

When I replace the tank in my TR3 the new tank would pour fuel out the vent when turning. I removed the vent and blocked it with a bolt. The fuel cap has a vent hole in it. Have not had and fuel issues and this has been for over 8 years now.

:iagree:

Except I didn't have the tank out and so I just added a short length of fuel line to the vent line, and plugged the end with a golf tee.

Apparently not all TR3 caps have a vent hole, but it is easy enough to add. All of mine have had the hole.
