well... I think you are talking about the "Magic Steering Kit" shown here?

if so. that is all the parts you need to completely rebuild the front suspension.
Not exactly a "over the phone" kinda job (except for gluttons for punishment like Tony Barnhill over in the MG forum /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif )
Are you looking for something other than the instructions that are laid out in the service manual? If you don't have a service manual I'd get one.
I installed one about 20 years ago and it wasn't the worst job I've ever done but there is a lot to it. I was young and dumb with crappy buffalo tools and it took several weekends of cursing and banging but I got it done. I used both the Haynes and the Factory manuals and I seem to remember little bits and pieces in both seemed to help.
The sequence is pretty much laid out in order in the manual.
At the very least you'll need to get a coil spring compressor. This is one job on the car where you could easily be maimed or seriously hurt if you start unbolting things willy-nilly. A ball-joint separator is going to come in handy too.
But in the end it is a very satisfying job when it is done. You'll be amazed at how well the car actually handles when everything is new.
Oh. also get a good pin punch for getting all of the cotter pins out of the castle nuts on the bottom spring pans. Like I said I was young and dumb with crappy tools and it took me a good day to get them all off with an ice pick.
I'd also suggest doing one side at a time so you have a reference.
