I know that adjustable and non adjustable came in long column and the non adjustable came in short column. Did adjustable come in short column as well?

I believe I have an adjustable split column; I need a non adjustable column! Why I say that is because I have tried to fit my non adjustable steering wheel to it and it seems to that the split column is a little to large. I know the spines were different.
