Is the "MPH" inside or outside the white rings? It should match the tach (outside). The TR4 (with flat glass) is inside.
I think the glass is the same size, so maybe it was replaced with flat. The stock temp gauge is a capilary tube type, but 1st year TR4s also had curved glass temp gauges that were electric and the same 'font' as the TR3s.

Can you give us the number on the speedometer below the needle but above the odometer?

SN6307/04 should be a TR3 speedometer for a car with a 3.7:1 differential so it sounds like someone has replaced the glass/bezel. If it works, you just need to find a parts speedometer to get the correct glass and bezel.
Here's someone in the UK selling what you would need:
TR3 speedometer/tachometer glass and bezel (eBay)

will hold off till I determinee if speedo is working and I get furhter along in inventory.Looks like more missing than I thought
No windshield wiper parts at all
No cowl vent asssembly,parking brake aseembly,front bumper and brackets,rear overider supports,door latches and the list goes on.
Funny I looked at all 1252 items listed searching ebay motors"tr3"and parts in the link didnt show up.
