TR2/3/3A TR3 Slave cyclinder leak.

I think not -- if you look at what little there is to the slave you'll see why.

Fortunately the task of rebuilding or replacing is very straight-forward -- if I recall correctly I 'rebuilt' mine (meaning replacing the one seal) w/o even removing it from the bracket.
 
Whether it works or not depends a great deal on the condition of the bore. If the bore is severely pitted where the seal rides, it will quickly wear out the new seal and go back to leaking.

That said, I'm still running what I think is probably the original cylinder, although no doubt rebuilt many times by now. Someday I hope to learn how to resleeve the cylinder myself, but I'm probably several years away from that.
