TR2/3/3A TR3 rotor thickness

Anybody know the minimum thickness spec as measured by micrometer for a 11" TR3A brake rotor? I found info in the manual about maximum amount of material to take off when turning, but not the minimum safe spec. The rotors on our project are rusty but look like there was no wear so I thought that we'd just give them a turn rather than replace if they are within spec. Thanks

Bulletin Sports/16/R May '58 says that the dimension from the rotor outer face to the hub should be no less that 1.475 and the dimension from the from the inner face to the hub no less than 1.025.

Soooo.... If my math is is right, that must mean that the rotor should be no less than .450 if the other two dimensions are within spec.
