TR2/3/3A TR3 road springs

I'm interested in finding out which/whos replacement springs to install to maintain a factory height and ride.
The springs on my 3 project are shot. The fronts had those twist in spacers between the coils and rear sat uneven.

I've been through the spring drill on my 6 and don't really feel like doing it again. I have a set of "uprated SAH606 from TRF" springs from the 6 that by part number would fit the 3. Those springs raised the 6 way too high and am concerned it would do the same to the 3.

So if anyone has a part number and supplier they were happy with, I'd appreciate it.

I purchased a set of uprate springs for my 4A from BPNW a while back. They are rated 25% stiffer and 1" lower than stock. They are marked with a green and blue stripe. BPNW advised me to leave out the aluminum spacer at the top. Looks good on my (bodyless) chassis, other than that I can't tell you.

TSI also has springs made and Ted once told me that his springs are also sold to TRF.

My rears on the 3A need replacing, well maybe. The height is a little off but in the 3's, there is an extra leaf on the driver side so the car will sit level with just the driver.

And the bronze/delrins shackle bushings that Joe Alexander makes help keep the rear of the leaf located in fast corners. Recommended to remove the twitch at high-speed exits.
