TR2/3/3A TR3 Resto Endgame: Tire Question

I've got standard steel wheels, will I need tubes?
Shouldn't, unless there is something wrong with the wheels or tires.

I have never used tubes on my three steel-wheeled TRs.

Got the Vredesteins mounted yesterday. They are tubeless tires, so, if your rims are in good condition, no tube is required. Driving report still at least two weeks out...

The owner of the tire store looked at my old Michelins and shook his head. Said if they were his, he'd probably be driving 'em. The rubber looks (even feels) perfect, inside and out. They've never been punctured. He said that almost all the "it just blew out" tires that come to his shop have a nail in 'em somewhere and were undoubtedly being run too low on air.

OK... So... Four very good looking Michelin XAS 165HR15 tires for sale!
THESE ARE INTENDED FOR TRAILER QUEEN SHOW CAR USE ONLY!
Not for your race car, rally car or daily driver!
Not to be used at speeds in excess of "parade."
I bought them in 1983. Original receipt will accompany tires. The DOT code ends in "9" (!!!) so they were manufactured in 1979. Make offer. If none of you guys want 'em, they go to eBay. Tell your Porsche 356 owner friends too!
