TR2/3/3A TR3 rear bumper question [part 2]

Yvans post about the rear bumper made me go out to look at mine to see if I could be of any help. No it only created a question of my own. The tube on mine does not stick out at all. Or do I need the tube that goes inside the tube in the body? I see Moss has one listed. I thought that was the one welded to the body. Is the one Moss has more or less a spacer for the bracket so you don't crush the body when you put the bracket on? This is the kind of dumb question you get when you buy a car that is not all put together.

Keith-

You need a tube inside that tube, basically a spacer around the bolt that holds it together.
