Hello 2002 can you give me a guess on the shipping charges to 98466 Tacoma, Washington State.
Thanks steve

Good Evening, I'll approximate weight, etc. tomorrow AM and reply back (dark and after hours here now). If additional picture (s) wanted, please specify and I'll provide.

Thank you, Jay

FWIW, I shipped a really nice TR3 radiator from Hawaii by (carefully) using a propane torch to remove the extension. It then fit easily into a cardboard box. Shipping with the extension on required a box too big to go USPS from Hawaii. It needs to come off anyway when a rad shop overhauls it. Jeff

In case anyone is curious, here is what it looks like when you pull it out. Its held in by a bead of solder, so prone to leaking unless reinforced (Randall has a fix). I was surprised that the end inside the radiator is boxed in, with just some holes for the coolant to flow. But since its just for expansion, its OK. If the rest of the radiator looks like the neck, I need to get the core rodded for sure. But if CJD did his... P1100276.jpgP1100277.jpgP1100278.jpgP1100279.jpg

Using the UPS online estimate function, with a weight of 23 #'s (without packaging), the approximate cost quoted is $98 per radiator, shipped separately, with 7 day delivery. I will stress this is a rough estimate. The weight is close though as I weighed one radiator @ 23 #'s (without packaging).

Hey Jay it looks like the radiator on the right can be fixed, maybe kinda? Would you have a picture of the front?
Thanks Steve

I would think repair is possible, seems to be a soldered joint. I have the attachment also. Tomorrow I'll fill both with water and check for leaks, etc., and take pictures of the front.

Filled both radiators, flushed, etc. water is clear and after blocking lower openings, no visible leaks (of course, not under pressure). Pictures attached.
