I see rear fender clamp in TRF catalog but dont know how or where this bracket goes,or if the bent end needs to be welded to fender or ?I have post 6k body.

The nut on it is what the rearmost screw, accessed from inside the boot, screws into when installing the rear wing. The bent end extends towards the rear from the screw. It is a clamp. It is not welded to anything.
