Saw that one the other day and thought about about going to look at it. I agree with JP, the under hood could look a little better.

I see a lot of details that are a bit "iffy" but for $9600! looks like a great buy.
Gauge cluster is either raw, or painted silver
Glove box door is strange
the rear interior panel does not fit at all.
under the hood, wiring is a mess
has a modern electric fuel pump
Undercoat in engine bay?
What's the push button on the left of the dash? horn? why?

But all minor, nit picky stuff. Like I said, I'd jump on it for $9600. body looks good.

The outside looks great in the pictures although I don't see the soft top frame and the gas tank cover doesn't look like it's installed correctly (gap?).

Given the state under the hood though, I would have to look at it very closely mechanically and electrically before spending a lot of money as it really appears to just have been a cosmetic cleanup.

From the horn button on the dash, & the barrier strip peeking out under the hood, I'd guess the entire electrical system is a mess. Horn button is probably because the control head doesn't work at all. From the lack of battery hold-down, I'd guess it doesn't get driven much.

Good project car for someone who doesn't mind electrical (and likely mechanical) work. Assuming of course that isn't a pretty paint job over a pile of Bondo. Not bothering to install the rear panel properly kind of hints at shortcuts taken.

Might be an OK price if that is what you're looking for. I'm not.

Might go pretty quickly

seller states he'll let it go for $9600, I can't imagine it will be around for long...
The e-mail address (Audrey) suggests that the seller may be a woman. If so, I can't imagine a femail dental hygienist (eBay name) getting her hands dirty on a car (not meant as a sexist comment). Interesting list of previously bought and sold items. That's it for my seller evaluation while doing a very poor Sherlock Holmes impersonation.

Trunk lid is from an earlier car. I know, I'm picky!

You guys ARE a bit picky. If I had the moolah I would be all over that for $9600 (provided it isn't a bondo bucket). The underhood looks better than my old 3.

Howdy Billspit,

Hey; Were you at the "Hendersonville, NC" show this past weekend?
