So I'm rebuilding the clutch side MC:

and I'm looking at the Service Instruction Manual, since it's been 5 years since I've been in here last.

In the TR3 model Supplement, Brakes, section R, page 6, diagram 5, it shows an end seal, where I think (in my photo), it would go on the plunger part, (under the ridge of the MC in the photo).

No such seal in the rebuild kit, no such part in the blue Spare Parts Catalogue, (which doesn't seem to have updated TR3 diagrams w/ Stanpart numbers). My MC was so cruddy on that end, I can't really tell if there even was a seal there. The MOSS catalogs don't show a seal.

Referring back to the diagram, anyone got a spare valve spacer, (leftmost part in the pic) in good shape? Mine's pretty crunchy...

Thanks, all!

The early cylinders did originally have a seal in that groove, but it was officially deleted later on, and is not included in the rebuild kits nor available separately AFAIK. Factory P/N for the seal was 504843.
