Lots of parts there. HS8 carbs? If right those are worth something.
 
Someone spent a lot of time on that car (whether or not one thinks said time was well spent), so it's a surprise to see it ending up this way. It's certainly not to my taste, but the price is right for someone to bring it back to life as...something!?

I was talking with the gentleman about it, and he had 2 people that were local interested in it Oh well maybe next time for me
