Can someone tell me the size of the cup washers I should use to attach the door panels and dog leg panels on my TR3.

The screw and cup washer are #4. If you want the correct ones Macy's of TRF.
 
If originality is important, I think the screws are of the 'flat-head' variety. At least one of the Big 3 supplies phillips screws for this application.
