TR2/3/3A TR3 Heater Fan

Folks.

The heater fan motor in my TR3A has finally decided to permanently rest.
Other than the expensive replacement unit from Moss, what other options are available and where can they be sourced?

Easy to fit with little adaptations s needed.
Effective heat to cab or screens

My TR2 was built off Ebay...

Original Smiths Triumph TR2, TR3, TR3A & TR3B Heater Fan Motor | eBay

The Smiths units were fitted and could be in your TR3B. Smiths heater fan motor for Triumph TR2-TR3B.

If it's the motor only, most towns have a shop which rebuilds starters, generators, and electric motors (DC and AC).

KC should have around a dozen of those shops.

It sounds like I need to remove the motor, which I assume includes removing the entire heater unit, and determine if the motor is repairable.

I do like the T7 unit.
