factory hardtop and Bakers of Long Island full aluminum side curtains

Got a guy on a non-auto-related-forum whose wife wants him to clean stuff out.
He has these from his old TR days.

Dave

(I added the file, no indication it actually worked...we'll see)

Way to go Dave.
See, ya can teach a old dog new tricks

Merry Christmas

Andy, think it's just the curtains and the top

Car's long gone.....Connecticut plates, so probably rusted down to the tyres.

Hey TOC I am down in University Place, WA 98466 just west of Tacoma. Is your friend asking much for what he has left? Send me a message if it is not too much.

... Never seen alloy side curtains like that before. Pretty cool.

Back in the day when TR3's were still being sold, J.C. Whitney sold those aluminum side curtains. Here's a description of them from The Roadster Factory. Scroll down a bit...

My buddy who has a TR3B has a pair of those that he bought new back in the day. They don't look as bad as TRF says they are, but he doesn't use them, and I turned down his offer of "here, you can have them". I'll spend the money to have the originals re-done.

They are cool looking! Might not take too much work to shine them up too.
