TR2/3/3A tr3 front wheel hub stud removal

Have a damaged stud on the front wheel hub of my 59 TR3. Disc Breaks. How do I remove and replace. Is it screwed in, or can I just knock it out. What is best way to achieve this.
 
It just knocks out. I suggest you take the hub off the car though, and lay it on the bench or something so you aren't beating on the bearings. Line the new one up with the splines and pull it into place with a nut & flat washer.
