Howdy Folks,

There is a "Great" looking BRG "TR3" with a "TR2" nose on her on the "Greenville, SC" Craigslist for $4900.00:

I emailed the "So called Seller" and asked if He/She could delv. the car to me & I`ll have ready cash for them!

I got a reply basically stating this: Car & Seller moved to Canada cause of death in the family. Seller says; Send me the "Cash" and If your not happy with car after delv. I`ll refund your money (LOL).

I tried on several occassions to flag the listing but the darn thing won`t go away.

Just another C/L Scam.

This one got posted to a lot of CL around the country (13 that I saw). I flagged them all as well, but they are still there.

I saw that one. Terribly afraid it falls into the old "too good to be true" category.

Anyone who sells a TR3 for that price is either coo-coo or still living in 1960. :crazyeyes:
 
Same thing was posted in AZ but it was a XK140 with an E-type engine. Another Canadian 'death in family' (what the heck is going on up there?). If you offer to look at it in Canada it will suddenly have moved to another location.
 
Maybe the Head Nigerian Scammer moved to Cana, deh?
I think, like said, this one has been going around for a while.
C/L might have a problem if they have been warned and warned, not pulled it, and someone is out $5K+

Sounds like the add posted on New hampshire CL. You know what you get for nothing? Nothing. I always bring a gun when dealing with people I dont know. Live free or die ,baby.

That darn thing is still showing up on the "Greenville, SC" Craigslist. I`ve flagged it at least twice & It just won`t go away.

I wonder who She / He knows @ The Craigslist Inner circles?
