TR2/3/3A TR3 for cheap ???

Oh, yeah - that one will be deleted right soon!

At the top of the ad: "Avoid scams and fraud by dealing locally!"

Just looked again - it's a TR2, not a 3. At least, the apron is a 2.

Tic-tic-tic....

That one was posted on at least 6 Craigslists around the country about 4 weeks ago. Still hasn't been removed I see although I know a number of people have identified it as a scam.

Scott

Yep, took a shot at it myself. Its already at the shippers ready to be delivered. Just send the money and it will be delivered right to your door. There was a XK140 on Craigslist last week for the same money.

I agree.. labeled as a 57 TR3, but it has the 2 nose. (I want the grille!!!!!)
Too bad it's a scam, I'd have driven to Detroit to buy that if I coulda found the money.

SHEESH!

The original add must have had several pictures. This "person" does not seem to be using all of them in every listing. I'm surprised that the write up is not always the same.

Howdy Folks,

This person had it listed in the "Greenville, SC" C/L about a mo. ago. I offered to come and pick the car up! The Seller said "She" moved personally & also relocated the car to "Canda" so; "Simply send the money & I`ll delv. the car to your door"!

I tried several times to have C/L ban that posting but It just won`t go away.

It appears that if you change the verbage "Slightly"; You can post an item in any part of the country @ the same time!

It takes all kinds,

Russ

They never stop trying! Don't even change the verbiage that much. Interesting.
Like Russ says "It takes all kinds".
