TR2/3/3A TR3 Dash lights:Conversion to green bulbs?

I'd like to replace the standard dash bulbs with green or possibly orange like the older BMW's, for night driving. Anyone know a source for bulbs that would fit our cars???

Rather than looking for tinted bulbs, perhaps you could do something with a color gel such as used in theater lighting?

(I have to admit that I always rather liked the reddish-orange lighting of instruments on early 1980s Subarus! :wink: )

Great idea. I think there is a clear plastic strip around the outside of the gauges that could be replaced with the polycarbonate sheet.
