TR2/3/3A TR3 Dash Clips

Glad that THIS is the biggest problem I'm having with the TR3...
I am looking for the little clips that help hold the dash upholstery onto the tight bends of the pressed metal dash. Every TR3 I've ever had (5 to date....) has had these but NO ONE seems to stock them. Anybody know where the heck I can get some of these?

Thanks.

These look similar but I'm not sure if they are the exact part:

Not all cars had them, particularly I think later 3As did not - the dash can get glued down without them and it will look just fine.

These are indeed THEM! Thanks so much, Randy. I will order them right now.
I glued the dash material myself and just can't imagine how contact cement would be able to hold on those tight bends. Full disclosure...I am NOT an upholsterer...but that said, the clips just seem to allow a degree of 'wiggle room' to an otherwise difficult job.

They also look like the clips used on TR6 seats (and perhaps other cars). I have a couple of spots were the contact cement is not holding. Will have see if I have any of those clips left over! Cheers, Mike

Don't quote me just yet! I'm still not sure that is exactly the right clip - I recall the originals being very narrow, as the vynide covering is pretty thin. These may work just as well but they might be a little wide. Just fyi, here is another UK source that shows a few different variations of this style of clip as well as several others:

Randy, the clips from the new site look like any of the 1st 8 would work!

So apparently, these clips are the best kept British secret! Mark at Macy's Garage said they do have some scrounged from cars but can't find them new, so they don't sell any. I gave him the Rimmer Bros #from Randy's post. I've had no luck trying to buy them through PayPal...so I'll keep trying.

carpercursusII, There's not a good drawing on Moss's site for that number, sure wish they had a better pic!
