I am not an early TR guy but Scott at team Triumph had a TR3 for sale (Black) looks like the PO was a dofus and it has lots of little things in need and Scott's son pointed out they had sand blasted the hood and the paint was not good and the tach did not work but looked better than most 3's I have seen. The Spit was orange and pretty sweet looking too. Not sure of the prices but he seems to be a decent guy in all my dealings with him
