TR2/3/3A TR3 A 5 Way Connector Question ?

So, the restrictor valve is now empty of its innards, very clean, using brake cleaner. It has been deftly attached to the five way connector, equally cleaned, by the way. My question is where does it go and or attach to? I found the mounting point for the 3 way connector, but not the five way. Any help would be gratefully welcomed. A picture or two would be even greater.

Thanks for your help!

Geez, do you think I have nothing better to do than take pictures and post them to the internet?

Okay, I obviously don't have anything better to do.

That's the starter motor at the top of the pic.

Menno in The Netherlands sent me this a while ago when he was restoring his TR3A. It goes on the right side near the front wheel with the hydraulic brake switch facing towards the front of the TR.

Sure, I could have lifted the body off the car to get a better picture.

Come to think of it, that's how they like to show things in the manuals -- pictures of a part being wrenched w/o annoying accessories like bodies, engines and frames cluttering up the shot.

All new parts neatly in relief against fresh and flawless paint. Personally, I'll never post another photograph.

Like this one from STC's 'Practical Hints' showing how to release a jammed starter:

Okay, just where is that guy standing? Or is step one 'pull body from frame'?

Seriously, Don the pic you provided was way better than mine in every way... we're just jealous.

Actually, both pictures helped tremendously. I could see actual lines in Geos picture and the picture Don sent gave a very clear picture of the mounting. I would hate to try to install it with the body on!

My thanks to both of you for the pictures,

Actually not hard to do with the body in place. You just remove the RF road wheel and there is pretty good access (in case you change your mind later).
