The UPS guy showed up today with the first shipment of parts. I got the brake booster rebuild kit but no info on how to do it. I do not have a Hayne's book yet either. Does any body have a link or a quick description on how to do it? Or should I have bought a new one?

dan,
good luck on your rebuild. there is a how to with pics somewhere out there on the servo rebuild. seems it involved fabricating a leverage devise to seperate the two halves. two or three years ago i sent my servo to "Brake Materials & Parts" in Fort Wayne Indiana. 260-426-3331 if they are still there. 85 bucks at that time (+shipping) and good as new.
if you can do it yourself and tell about it...even better!

I bought a rebuilt one on ebay, although the instructions will be in your Haynes when you get it.
