TR2/3/3A TR2 w/ supercharger

In a heartbeat, looks like a TR4 motor. I say the supercharger is worth that alone.

Also has r&p steering so it might be TR4 based. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it were here in the northeast. Looks like a fun project.

That's an old Judson vane-type blower; interesting mostly as a museum piece, IMO. Very inefficient, meaning both a lot of heat put into the intake and not much boost. Plus the vanes have a tendency to disintegrate and get sucked into the motor. If you are serious about supercharging, it makes much more sense to start over with a more modern Roots-type (eg Eaton) or Paxton blower.

Still has early ball joints, not sure I recognize the rack attachment so I think maybe it is still a TR3 frame that is modified.

Interesting how much that engine has been set back, maybe about a foot?

It's a Judson and they are interesting, looks to be missing the carb and oiler for the SC unit.
I wouldn't run one tho...seen too many carburated SC induction units self destruct (blow engine) thru detonation.
Still price aint bad.
