TR2/3/3A tr2 and tr3 back trim above the back cover

Is the tr2 back trim around the back seat the same as a tr3a with the 3 sections of trim? Would they be interchangeable. I see the back section or gas tank cover is different. The cover looks boxier and perhaps sits higher on the tub, so I thought they could be different.
