I have taken the plunge and jumped into the IRS of my TR250, after lots of solid axle British Cars this is a bit of a breave new world for me.
I know I need new U-joints, as far as the main rear bushings on the rear suspension arms if I want good performance and wear without a big sacrifice in noise or comfort are the polyurethane bushings the way to go? (I am looking at the BPNW graphite impregnated ones, but willing to listen to suggestions).
Most all the rubber will be replaced one way or another, hubs seem good, but I would love to clean and grease them, but from what I have heard they are not fun to take apart--any helpful hints or suggestions on my questions or other matters relating the the "ingenious" Triumph TR IRS welcome.
I have both Williams books ("restore" and "improve") and will be taking a look at them tonight as well.
Thanks, Greg
