TR6 TR-6 Loose Handling

I looked around trying to find someone that could fix the rims. Found a place in town but only for Alloy rims, not steel.

.... as far as large pigs go... it is more likely in this part of Alabama to encounter a super computer, a ballistic missile or a shuttle than it is a pig.

And to "Razorbacks", I am afraid Razorbacks, War Eagles, or Volunteers don't really bother me..... but if you want to talk Yahoos, I mean Wahoos (Cavaliers) then that is something worth running over and bending a rim.

I think I am running a couple of pounds over. Original spec was 18 front and 22 rear (I think).

The original tire inflation specs you mention above don't work for modern radial tires which have a much more flexible sidewall and need higher pressures.
You need to experiment a bit but I find about 24lbs pressure is about right in the front, but depends on the tire.
 
Not a tire shop but a true industrial machine shop for the o/s lathes. If you've got ABM mfgr. you should have o/s lathes that are not strictly "security work only" shops
