The Moss Catalog shows a Sill Edge Finisher set in Aluminum page 70 item 18, in the catalog I have. I can't find it in the StanParts book. Where does it go and how does it mount? Pictures would be great!

All thoughts on this greatly appreciated.

thanks, Tinkerman

It pulls down over the joint of the inner and outer sills, the long side to the driver's compartment. It is held in place by trim screws.

Dick-

I think those are pn 900428/900429 as seen in TRF as well.

Here is the one in my 1958 TR3A. I installed these in 1990 and they still look good. This photo was taken in June 2008. Those are the original screws and I match marked the holes from the original sill plates so they would be in the correct places. I had to trim about 1/8" off all along the bottom where it is hidden anyway by the edging along the side of the carpet.
