I was driving my 59 TR3 yesterday and noticed that the clutch took less and less travel to disengage the transmission. It got to the point that the transmission wouldn't even engage. I released the pressure by opening the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder.
Any thoughts on what caused the pressure to build? I am thinking it may be due to the clutch master cylinder not opening all of the way in order to release the fluid back into the reservoir. I think shortening the push rod should fix it, but wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas.
Thanks in advance for your help.
