Anyone know the thickness of the friction material on a new unit? Or alternatively, the typical thickness showing above the rivet head when new.

Just measured a fresh one and I get 0.365-.370"
 
Thanks Randy. Just to clarify, your number was the total thickness of the clutch disk?

I have a "lightly used" one I obtained that has a total thickness of .352.
 
Sorry, missed responding Ian on this yesterday-

Yes, I put a caliper on the disk I had and that's the total thickness with both disks.
