Wondering who might be going to Townsend, TN, British Car Gathering. It's May 9,10 &11. In Townsend in the foot hills of the Smokies. This is Blount Counties British Car Clubs 20th gathering. I know Micky Richaud is going and so am I. No car but I'll have bits and pieces and a bunch of before and after pictures as my "works in progress" activity.
Hope some more of the BCF group will be there. Look me up I'll be sporting my BCF T-shirt and would enjoy meeting any of you who will be there!

I had fresh rainbow trout tonight for dinner in Providence. It was done Cajun style was delicious!!!
 
Was it blackened? Sounds great!

Another way to fix it is pecan-crusted. Fantastic!
 
There is no other way to eat it but blackened in my opinion.

Debby and I will be going over from Nashville on Friday coming back on Sunday. We will trailer the TR3 and leave the MGTF at home.

Used to live in San Antonio, neighbor would go fishing and we would have Shark, Blackend, Superb!

Glad your going Curt, look forward to meeting you and seeing your car. I plan on taking many pictures to aid in the final finish of my car.
