There are several sources - most recently I used:

They show 11/PAA in their selection for Triumph colors.
What system works best will depend on what you are touching up - but for the common chip repair I use a product called Microbrush. Found in hobby shops, it some in various sizes. I find the white and yellow to be the most useful:
