Totaled the car this morning

Wow. You're definitely a very lucky person. The human body is far more vulnerable to lateral impacts like that versus a fore and aft one. Glad to see you're okay.

I'm really reluctant to drive the Midget now especially around here. I knew it was just a matter of time before one of these guys took us out with a big azz truck; that's why we own these gas hogs. I don't know what to get now but EVERYTHING I want starts at around 10K and only goes higher. I'd like a '03-04 Marauder but those are ~10K+

I only have a budget of about 6 or 7K. I may just get my dealer's license again and flip what I drive like I did before.

Cars can be replaced, but you cannot. Glad you are still around. I have a 2009 Vespa I will sell you for less than 1/2 that budget.

Oh yes, that's much safer than the Midget.

Insurance co is starting to get stupid with me.

Drove for the first time since, I don't like it. I don't feel safe, I'm expecting everyone to run into me now. I can't see driving the Midget. I'm having a hard time driving now, I don't feel safe especially in the cross dressing thing they gave me. It has as much outward visibility of the space shuttle.

Whatever you decide on, be sure it's RED. It's no guarantee, but statistically it counts.

Billy, about 25 years ago I had someone left turn in front of me while both doing about 50mph.
would have killed his passenger if he had one.
After that I freaked out if anyone "LOOKED' like they would do that.
It'll go away

Or looks like a police car. Makes everybody nervous.

Lime-yellow is the way to go:

Get a 9C1. Those are fun.

Land Rover, bigger and heavier than most trucks, 8ft bed with tailgate down, more luxury than a Lincoln. Besides wades deeper water during Hurricanes.

Travelette, because they are just so cool.

Thought about those but parts are high and reliability is low.

Enough said right here

"parts are high and reliability is low."

Just another reason to go with an IH Billy, the parts are low and the reliability is high.
