Torque values needed for 100

I need the torque values for the nuts that go onto the front of both the crankshaft and camshaft--in front of the timing chain sprockets under the front cover.
There is nothing in the manual and I would like to get these right.
If it matters this is for a DW steel crank and DW fast street camshaft.
This is for a 100.
Thanks in advance.

Just so you know someone read your post....as you know there is no value for those torques in the book. Perhaps an email to DW racing will at get you the Newton meter numbers you need. As I recall I used German torque on those. Gutund tight. So far so good.

Roscoe--

Thanks for that German specification, about as useful as the common American value of "Tighten till stripped, then back off 1/2 turn".

The other method is counting the viens in your temples as they stand out with the tightening strain .
2 veins is about 80ft lbs .

I received some information and suggestions over on the AHX 100 forum which, because it reaches out to 100 owners, is a bit more application-specific, though the design of the spring-lock washer is, I believe, common to al Big Healeys.
