Can anyone give my the correct torque settings and order for the cylinder head bolts/studs on a BN1. Also, the valve clearance warm/cold? As always thanks tons.

Hi Paul,
I use 65 to 70 ft lbs for the stock studs. An increasing spiral pattern from center to ends of the head. I run the pattern three times at 25, 50, & 65. I also use moly lube on the threads. If you are by chance using new studs & nuts, run them up tight & loosen about three times before final tightening.

Valve clearance at .012" cold.
