OK Bugsy got his top down for the first time in the last 3-4 months today and rubber gasket stuck to the windshield and peeled out of the slot. I seem to recall get one side in and work if with a plastic paint scraper and then go back and do the other vs. lubricate slot with silicone get started in slot and pull across.

Remind me of the easier way.

And Bugsy started on about 1/2 spin of hte starter and purred happy to be out and about. His driver was even happier. No to find time for detailing and cleanup. He's a mess after spending too much time inside.

Back to the top. I need help with reinstalling the Rubber Seal from top to windshield. Work it in with a putty knife or lubricate and try to slide it in. I can't remember how it is done.

It has been many years ago, but I remember working it in with a nylon pry tool ... I think.

Trevor I seem to recall the same with no glue used just the track to hold the seal on.

If you're careful you can use the backside of a table knife too. Easy peasy.

Another thought, thanks.
