Don't usually like to toot my horn but it has been such a lousy day I need to enjoy the sharing of my Triumph to the group.

Last summer the annual Ault Park Concours in Cincinnati sent me an invitation to show the TR2. The featured theme was to be "British Legends". To see the cars at the show go to their web site www.ohioconcours.com - once on the opening page click on the word gallery on the top right. Once there go to 2007 -illustrated entry list. Then to Post War Sports 1946 - 1960. There were just twelve cars in each class. Nice show on some hoity - toity golf course.

The eight hour round trip was all done at 75MPH on the Interstate. Sure got some strange looks as I cleaned off the bugs on the front.

Hey Lou; Toot away what an awesome show, some of the most beautiful cars I've every seen.

Welcome to the Forum Lou.

Nice car and I wouldn't mind playing that golf course either/ In the summer of course!

Lou-

Very nice, all beautiful cars but I still like the Triumphs. And no problem with the tooting, people on this forum toot all the time.

Welcome to the Forum Lou...

Actually Lou has been on the Forum for almost 6 years.

He doesn't appear often but when he does it's worth hearing.

He has an very early TR2... there are a few that are earlier but not too many of those are being flogged on 8-hour interstate road-trips. Lou knows how to enjoy his cars.

Lovely TR2 Lou. My favourite car at the show, closely followed by the TR3!!
Was it your car that was featured in Hemmings Sports & Exotic?
