It was mid 60s here and I took a quick ride on the Blue ridge parkway. All the leaves are in color right now. A gallon of gas well wasted on the drive to Mt Pisgah. Here are some pictures.

Beautiful.

A bit like that here in Michigan too, not so hilly. Perfect roadster weather I think. I didn't get much riding time in but a little. Next week is probably the last gasp for quite a while, though I plan on keeping the MG in my garage ready to go (winter projects not withstanding) so even a mid winter cruise is likely

Very nice! Colors are past here, getting close to snow time.

gorgeous pics. I loved doing that in drop tops like my Jag, Mustang GT and my Jeep. With the MG, I'm more concerned listening for parts coming off.

Hey Kim, I spent a few years in your backyard. I went to school in Asheville. Loved the Biltmore Estate and recently stayed at the Grove Park Inn with my wife and kids. Very beautiful country there! We've even contemplated moving there.....thanks for the great pics!!

Kim,

Bugsy got out for a littlewhile yesterday and plan is to get him out today to run errands. Scenery in SW Ohio isn't like yours and less leaves on the trees but 65-70 and sunny is fabulous. Now out to the garage and see if the new top might get installed today.

Beautiful pics and I love the way the shoulders are neat and tidy (not like here where they have just let them go and cut them perhaps once or twice a year)

And no power lines. Good deal that.

Wife just today coming home from Chicago from visting friends. I have never seen the Biltmore Estate. Its expensive. I used to work at a gas station right in front of the entrance.

Surely worth seeing Kim.

Wow, yep, really has gone up. When I first saw it years ago I pulled right up to the door and parked at the front steps. Think it might have been 5 bucks.

The skyline drive is da BOMB. I've only driven the northern portion. The wife and I also took the midget out for what may be the last drive of the season today. From now on it's day to day depending on the weather. There has already been snow in the "mountains", or is that high hills?

Kim, looks great there, that is some nice driving area. you should have come to the chattanooga show this past weekend great drive and there where about 12 to 15 Midgets and Bugeyes there. could not beleave it that show keeps growing which is nice.
