From the wedge list I see you are talking about the big center bolt. The 21lb ft is listed in the ROM for the "Mounting Bracket Upper/Lower Fixing". :crazy:
 
OK , Here's the skinny on the bolt.
You can find it in the TR7 manual <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic"><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-size: 12pt">ONLY</span></span></span></span>
Inthe Engine section of the torque values. Scheeze :crazyeyes:

"Rear Engine Mount To Bracket 12mm Set Screw 80Nm
