I suspect that the only thing you can do it to get an original tonneau cover, take it and the car w/rollbar to an upholstery shop, and have them modify it as needed.

Hi,
Andy is right. There is so much variation in roll bars and how they are installed, there's no way a tonneau manufacturer could come up with one design to fit all. So do as Andy said and take the car and a tonneau to an upholstery shop to have the cover customized specifically to fit your car.

I took my TR4A to a local Auto upholstery shop. Same day service good price. The guy cut the Tonneau from the Fender in to the bar, added an overlapping velcro section, reinforced where it fits around the upright part of the bar and added an extra snap on the body. It looks good and is easy to deal with.I will be fitting a rollbar in my TR6 and have him do the same.

As a side note I undo mine from the last snap in front of the rollbar lay it back on the hood and roll it up, it doubles well as a boot for the top.
