I have a rather old tonneau cover for my TD, which I would like to use. It's not torn or beat up, but the vinyl is pretty dry from age. Do you know of anything I can use to restore it and return a little of the flexibility? There are a lot of products on the market, I know, but I don't know which ones are effective. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
 
Like Mickey said, Meguiars is good, but I use Lexol on the leather seats in the MGB, but they claim it's good for vinyl also. Have no idea if it will return vinyl to it's original softness, it does on leather. PJ
 
OK, thanks for the ideas. I don't expect to return it to like-new condition, but I thought maybe someone had used something that worked and he could recommend it. Lacking that, I think I'd just use the Meguiar's stuff--I've also had good luck with their other products.

i use 303 cleaner and protectant on my boat vinyl also use a product called Plexxus for the clear side curtains. It keeps the vinyl clean and supple and has some uv properties.
