Tonneau and Top question

OK, I get the usual catalog from Mess Motors, advertising sale prices on vinyl tops and tonneaus. Are these any worth the nearly three hundred iron men they are charging for them? Anyone have some comparative experience I might gain from?

Very difficult to compare with out a side by side but I found my tonneau at AH-spares in the UK at a reasonable price (especially if you also purchase the supports). Even with the shipping it was more reasonable.

Good to know. AH was where I got my oil pump and sump. Seemed like good folks. Are you going to be at Autumn Classic? If so maybe I can take a good look at the top and tonneau.

Thanks

Brian, I also got my tonneau from AH Spares, for a BJ7, not a bad fit, you have to install all the fasteners yourself. You need to chose a warm day, start at the back then centre front and finish with the sides.

Brian, if you are referring to the San Juan Batista gathering I wont be there. Its 5 hour each way for me. I have heard it is a rather good meet though.
