They are having a digital film festival in Toronto showing remastered movies. I only got to see two - tonight. Dr No & Goldfinger. They were fabulous! I've never seen either on the big screen and what a lot there is to see. clothes, cars, cheesy lines, it was truly wonderful and a throwback to a much more innocent time. Went with my son and loved it!

My favorite Bond movie of all time, From Russia With Love, the second Bond movie, was the most believable of the whole lot.

You mean that Lotus wasn't amphibious?

I'm crushed!

Watch, someone's going to say that Goodnight wasn't really in the trunk when that '74 AMC Matador was flying.

Thank you for the major flashback JP. I saw it in original release of Goldfinger at the (then) one and only theater in Madera California. When it was over I walked out to the front of the theater and there was the most beautiful girl in school, Sandi C. - she asked me if I wanted to play Bond, James Bond and left me standing there as I melted into the cement....great memories all!
Roy

I think they know EXACTLY what they do to us....

Oh SURE they know! Especially this one - turns out stupid me didn't know that I actually interested her a lot. I should have figured that out from a memorable encounter we had all alone in the school photo lab one cold, foggy December afternoon...nothing too salacious so y'all keep your minds out of the gutter! She was a nice Catholic girl...
