Tom's Hamburgers

OK guys - how do you make your hamburgers?

So ... how do you make yours?

Wife has been on a kick recently of lamb-burgers with goat cheese inside. Kinda makes it hard to use the instant-read thermometer and get a good reading, however.

Me too Paul, my personal favorite is Woeber's. I also really like Grey Poupon, it just depends on what kind of mood I'm in.
