:highly_amused:That's amusing! LOL! My son just bought this and is in Michigan as we speak picking it up. Has to wait for a bad storm to pass before flying back.
Here's what he bought. Fully aerobatic competition aircraft. You pretty much wear these in flight. Not much room for luggage! Grin. PJ
Speaking of "wearing the aircraft" - here's our reproduction of the 1932 Gee-Bee SuperSportster. Doolittle flew the original to win the Thompson Trophy race of 1932.
It took a lot of guts to fly that aircraft! Technically it shouldn't fly! I've seen a few photos of the plane but never saw one like your showing with exposed structure. Like throwing a saddle on an engine! A fellow would have to be ready for the loony bin to fly it! But some did survive in it and a some didn't. Very nice photo Tom! I'm going to copy it for my library of aircraft, if you don't mind. PJ
