Tom - road trip?

Oh does that get my heart strings buzzing.

I wonder if the guy placing the ad actually owns the car. They all had four speed H pattern shift, not 3! Unless beaten up, those cars would almost run forever.

Wish there were some undercarriage photos. Looks in decent condition, but at 3000 miles away, it's a looker, but not for me (who's sending a kid through undergraduate and grad school).

I haven't read that article in many years. I noticed that the route taken studiously avoided Oklahoma altogether, I see how it is.
