10 gallon portable sand blaster - complete & ready to use! I've got my big cabinet blaster but this will come in handy for small stuff I want to do outside.

Use good drier and filtration gear on the compressor, Tony. Moisture in the air supply to that thing will frustrate the begeezus outta ya.

Figure I'll just put everything directly onto the blaster & plug the air hose into it....think that'll work, Doc?

You're just plain *dangerous*, Bub. :smirk: :jester:

hehehehe....I mean a filter & drain after the air line & before the sand blaster

I have the same portable pot blaster and I agree , air dryers and moisture traps are a must do especially for this unit. One other thing ..... be prepared for a huge mess when using it, you are going to have blast media EVERYWHERE!
I have both moisture trap and dryer on my compressor, before the shop manifold. I also have air dryers on each shop manifold outlet. And another one on my paint gun manifold outlets and blast cabinet itself.
Yep maybe overkill but ... I have never had a problem with moisture while either painting or blasting.
I suggest you use that pot blaster outdoors and in an area where you don`t care where the excess media ends up.
Hint: ... I`m still finding blast media in my garage in places where I though impossible for it to be!
Not to mention the dust storm created while using it in confined space.

YEP :iagree:...& that's why I said in my initial post "outside". I can imagine that thing is a duststorm producer; but, hey, it was FREE!

We live where what th' natives call "dirt" is actually sand.... my outdoor blasting just adds more "dirt" to th' pitch. :jester:

That thing will blow dirt and rust off almost anything. Used one like it to do the entire spitfire. Frame, body, the works. Works slick but it does leave a mess behind. Good eye protection, full body coverage a must. Nice score Tony.

WOO-HOO!!! Maybe we need to see who else scored a great tool deal!!

At this rate, we'll all end up with more $ in tools than in the car.

Oh, that's already the case here!

...yup....

I'd hate to tally what I have in ONE roll cab, let alone three.

Likely coulda bought a Ferrari instead. :jester:

I just saw these. I think they'll come in real handy! Gotta get'em!
